Signing in safely
A few habits that keep your information yours.
We never ask for your password
Not by email, not by text, not on the phone. If a message asks you for one, it did not come from us.
Check the address
Each portal above shows the web address it opens. If a link takes you somewhere else, stop and call us.
Trouble getting in
Use the “forgot password” link on the portal itself. We cannot see or reset your password for you.
Sending something sensitive
Use a portal rather than email. Please don’t send Social Security numbers through the contact form.
These portals are run by our software providers. Signing in takes you to their systems, under their own terms and privacy policies.
